This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use getcleversolution.com and our related forms, phone numbers, and messaging programs (the “Site/Service”). This notice is designed to align with U.S. laws (including state privacy laws in CA/CO/CT/VA/UT) and carrier/CTIA expectations for messaging.

1) Scope

This Policy applies to personal information we collect online (Site, forms, cookies/pixels), by phone/SMS/MMS, and during deal evaluation/closing. It does not cover third-party sites or services we do not control.

• Property/Transaction: property address, ownership details you provide, photos/descriptions, offer and closing information.

• Communications: call recordings, voicemails, text logs (with notice/consent where required).
• Inferences: interest/likelihood to sell based on interactions.
• Sensitive information (limited): We do not seek government IDs or financial account numbers via the Site. If required for closing (e.g., title/escrow/KYC), we collect directly and use only as permitted by law.

Directly from you; automatically via cookies/pixels; from advertising/analytics partners; from public records and property databases; and from service providers assisting our operations.

• Service Providers/Processors (hosting, CRM, analytics, communications, identity verification, title/escrow, document e-signature), under contracts restricting use to our instructions.

• Business Transfers in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.
• Legal/Compliance where required by law or to protect rights/safety.

6) Mobile Information & SMS Privacy (Important)

To meet your requirement, we include the following verbatim and clarifying language carriers expect:
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7) Your Choices & State Rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access/know, correct, delete, and opt out of “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
 How to exercise: submit a request at /privacy-request or email office@getcleversolution.com. We will verify identity/authority (e.g., email/phone confirmation). You may use an authorized agent subject to verification. Nevada: email subject “Nevada Opt-Out.”

8) Cookies & Targeted Ads

Use Cookie Preferences (footer) to manage optional analytics/advertising cookies. You can also use browser settings and industry tools (DAA/NAI). We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

9) Calls & Texts Transparency

• Consent: If you opt in, you authorize recurring marketing calls/texts (including autodialed/prerecorded) to your number by Clever Home Solution. Consent is not a condition of purchase/sale.
• Opt-out/Help: Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help.
• Rates/Carriers: Message & data rates may apply; carriers are not liable for delays/non-delivery.
• Quiet Hours & DNC: We honor requests, do not call before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. local time, maintain an internal DNC list, and use the FCC Reassigned Numbers Database where appropriate.
• Recordkeeping: We retain consent records, scripts, and opt-outs at least 24 months.

10) Retention

Leads: up to 3 years. Transaction records: 7 years. Analytics logs: up to 26 months (longer if required to comply with law or resolve disputes).

11) Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

12) Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

13) International

The Service is primarily for U.S. residents. If we intentionally offer services to EEA/UK users or monitor behavior there, we will implement required safeguards (e.g., SCCs) and honor local rights.

14) Changes

We may update this Policy; see the Effective Date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
